@aryanj One of the most important ones was age case because naturally as cases get left for a long time they are more likely to escalate. Others like whether there was a service account manager tied to the case, the product type, etc.
Last year, I worked in an HCI lab to build a system that allows users to query data and build ML models. I am responsible for both the frontend and backend parts of building models based on data.

@eenkhbol For the past year I made a bunch of hats--I feel like it's the perfect size project where it doesn't take too long and it's fulfilling at the end to be able to actually use it :). I recently though have been attempting to make a sweater, which I'm hoping to finish by the end of the school year if I have time!
