@aryanj One of the most important ones was age case because naturally as cases get left for a long time they are more likely to escalate. Others like whether there was a service account manager tied to the case, the product type, etc.

It involved a lot of data consolidation, analysis, and visualisation using Tableau for the purpose of comparing feedback data on all of the Singapore Government's technology contractors!
Hi Anika, that sounds exciting! What were some challenges you faced when working with a lot of data in the consolidation and analysis, and how did you go about them? I could definitely use some tips.

I've made a platformer game like Super Mario Bros using Python.
Hi Alvin, that's pretty cool. How closely did your game resemble the original Super Mario Bros, and did you add your own twists?
I too like video games but I chose not to say in my post. What other games do you play?

Hi I'm Baron- My name is Baron
- One software project I enjoyed working on was this past summer when I interned at Dell and built a machine learning model that aimed to predict which active cases would escalate, as well as when. I then also built a dashboard to display these predictions for the Customer Success team to actively track. It was a lot of fun getting hands-on experience with the entire process of working in a team to collect and clean data, code a model in Python, and then help build the final automated dashboard.
- I am taking this course to fulfill my IS requirement, but I also want to learn some software engineering skills (a big one being getting better at Git)
- Outside of work I like to play chess; I've been playing competitively since I was 6.
